The price of each paid plan will be displayed on the pricing page, checkout page, or subscription confirmation screen.

No additional service fees are charged by Traceraft unless otherwise stated. Users are responsible for internet connection fees, mobile data charges, and other communication costs required to use the Service.

Credit card or other payment methods supported by our payment provider, such as Stripe.

Payment is processed at the time of purchase. For subscriptions, payment is processed at the start of each billing period unless the subscription is canceled.

Paid features are generally made available immediately after payment confirmation. Some features may require account status confirmation, system processing, or payment provider processing time.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing period.

Users may cancel their subscription through the cancellation method provided in the Service, account settings, customer portal, or support flow. Unless otherwise stated, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law or approved by Traceraft due to duplicate charges, billing errors, payment processing issues, or serious service-side failures.

Due to the nature of digital services, returns or exchanges do not apply after paid features have been provided.

Traceraft is designed for modern web browsers such as the latest versions of Chrome, Safari, Edge, and Firefox. Some features may not work properly on older browsers, unsupported devices, restricted network environments, or browsers with JavaScript disabled.

Paid features may include editor enhancements, version history, restore features, AI-assisted drafts, or other premium functionality. Feature availability, usage limits, and plan details will be shown on the pricing page or relevant service screen.
