This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for paid plans, subscriptions, and premium features provided by Traceraft.
By purchasing a paid plan or subscription, you agree to this Refund Policy, our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy.
1. General Refund Policy
Unless required by applicable law or expressly stated by Traceraft, subscription fees and paid plan charges are generally non-refundable.
Paid plans provide access to premium features during the active billing period. If you cancel your subscription, you will normally continue to have access to paid features until the end of the current billing period.
2. Cases Where Refunds May Be Considered
We may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis in the following situations:
- Duplicate charges for the same subscription period.
- Incorrect billing caused by a system or payment error.
- A payment processing issue that resulted in an unintended charge.
- A serious service-side failure that materially prevented access to paid features for a significant period.
- Other cases where Traceraft determines that a refund is appropriate.
Approval of a refund in one case does not guarantee approval of future refund requests.
3. Cases Generally Not Eligible for Refunds
Refunds are generally not provided for:
- Forgetting to cancel before the renewal date.
- Not using the Service during an active billing period.
- Changing your mind after purchase.
- Loss of access caused by violation of our Terms of Service.
- Temporary interruptions, maintenance, or minor service issues.
- Dissatisfaction with features that were reasonably described before purchase.
- Downgrades or cancellations after the billing period has already started.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us using the email address below. Your request should include enough information for us to identify the payment and review the issue.
- Your account email address.
- The date of the charge.
- The amount charged.
- A brief explanation of the issue.
- Any relevant receipt, invoice, or payment reference.
We may ask for additional information if necessary to verify the request.
5. Refund Method and Timing
If a refund is approved, it will generally be issued to the original payment method through our payment provider. The time it takes for the refund to appear may vary depending on the payment provider, card network, bank, or payment method.
We are not responsible for delays caused by payment providers, banks, card networks, or other third parties involved in the payment process.
6. Partial Refunds
In some cases, Traceraft may approve a partial refund instead of a full refund. Partial refunds may be considered based on the nature of the issue, the length of the affected period, prior use of paid features, and other relevant circumstances.
7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us first so we can review the issue. If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, access to paid features may be suspended while the dispute is being reviewed.
Abuse of chargebacks, payment disputes, refunds, trials, or promotional offers may result in account restrictions or termination.
8. Cancellation Is Separate from Refunds
Canceling a subscription stops future renewals, but it does not automatically create a refund for charges that have already been processed.
